Dirt does not sit on top of carpet. It lodges in the fibers, dulls the color, and holds onto odors, dust, and allergens. Our truck-mounted Blueline machine paired with a Rotovac 360 reaches soil that portable units leave behind.
We inspect first, pre-treat spots, extract, then set high-velocity air movers so you are not waiting overnight. Optional protector after the rinse so the next spill is less likely to set. Area rugs can come off the floor and be cleaned while you wait.
Commercial carpet is the same truck-mount, on a building schedule: offices, shops, dealerships, restaurants, libraries, churches, and apartment turns — often after hours, when the floor is empty. We pick the head for the job. Prochem or Rotovac 360, not a one-size wand.

Dry times
The blue fans are the last step, not a prop.
Those round blue air movers push high-velocity air across the pile after we extract. Damp carpet resoils and can grow odor. We set the fans so most rooms are back underfoot the same day — often around 6 hours, not overnight.

After hours when the floor is empty, or a weekend turn before Monday. Bridal shops, the Toyota store on Main, libraries, restaurants. We run a truck-mount Prochem or the Rotovac 360 depending on the carpet, then the same blue air movers so staff can walk it in the morning.
