Why ACDC

The last guy could not get that spot out.

We run a truck-mounted Blueline, a Rotovac 360 i, and Bridgepoint chemistry. Heat and vacuum live in the van. Then we set the blue air movers so most rooms are back underfoot the same day — often around 6 hours. We do not claim a one-hour dry. Owner on the job since 2010. Leave a five-star review instead.

The visit

Four steps. No mystery.

  1. 1

    Inspect

Fiber, spots, and furniture get a look before the wand comes out.

  2. 2

    Pre-treat

Spots get the right solution. Mild and green options are available.

  3. 3

    Extract

Truck-mount heat and vacuum pull soil out of the house, not onto the lawn.

  4. 4

    Protect & dry

Optional protector, then the blue air movers so the room is back in use the same day.

We use ACDC Carpet Cleaning in all of our rental units in Smithfield, Logan, Hyrum and all places in Cache Valley. He is quite frankly the best. He does a tremendous job on keeping even our older carpets looking great. He is very organized and professional and always shows up on time and gets the job done, no matter what it takes. He is available for emergency calls and takes care of all of our after hours emergencies as well. We wouldn't ever use anyone else.

I admit I'm not a clean freak. We chose to call ACDC cleaning, and we are SO glad we did. The technician was friendly, and easy to work with. I was especially pleased with how well he explained and educated me about my carpets. He obviously cares about his work and takes his job seriously. Most importantly, they did excellent work. I have never seen my carpets so CLEAN since the day they were new. I highly recommend ACDC cleaning for excellent carpet cleaning in Logan Utah.

I called in a bind after our tenant had left the house disgusting. He had a full schedule and was willing to fit me in. There was paint all over the carpet.

Alan cleans all our apartment carpets and does a fabulous job every time. Any time I need a carpet cleaned he's always able to come within the time frame needed. He really goes the extra mile. I figured a paint stain wouldn't come out and I'd have to install a new carpet — but he got it out. I was really impressed.

Questions

Straight answers.

Why should I hire a carpet cleaning service instead of renting a machine and doing it myself?
To keep the manufacturer warranty. Most mills have Carpet Care guidelines that call for a professional cleaning at least once every 18 months, using products, equipment, and systems with the Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval. A rental box does not meet that standard — and it leaves soil and rinse water you paid to get out.
How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
As a general rule, a 12-month schedule is adequate. Each house is different. Pets, kids, allergies, and rental turns may need more frequent visits.
What are the steps that I can expect a certified professional to take when cleaning my carpet?
The IICRC S100 standard covers dry soil removal, soil suspension with preconditioning, hot water extraction, grooming, and drying. That is the sequence we follow — not a spray-and-vacuum pass with a rental box.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
Pick up small items, toys, and breakables from the floor. We move furniture on request. Pets should be secured. If you have parking or gate instructions, tell us when you book.
