This is truck-mount hot-water extraction, not a portable box from a grocery aisle. We run a truck-mounted Blueline, a Rotovac 360 i, and Bridgepoint chemistry. Heat and vacuum live in the van so rinse water and soil leave the house instead of sitting in a tank on the lawn. Then we set high-velocity air movers so the room is not left wet overnight. Many rooms are ready in about 6 hours. As a general time frame it should take no longer than 12. We do not claim a one-hour dry.
